Heather Biddle – Associate
Heather is a veteran family law litigator of over 15 years and vigorously defends her client’s interests both in and out of court. She approaches clients and their cases from a holistic point of view, knowing that each issue in a case does not exist in a vacuum, particularly in family law. Heather is experienced enough in that if she feels a case need not go to trial, she is confident in her skills to be able to settle it outside of court, but if there is no other path, then Heather flexes her courtroom skills. She enjoys litigating with the best of them. She is able to craft settlements that are creative and meet the needs of the clients, refusing to impose boilerplate mandates. Each family law case is as unique as its parties. No one approach can be used for all cases and she adheres to that philosophy. Heather will protect your interests and support you along the way.
In addition to working as a family law attorney, Heather has also worked as a Federal Law Clerk for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, a Family Law Facilitator, a college instructor, a social worker, and a mental health therapist. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and from the University of Dayton School of Law. She originally is from Cincinnati, Ohio but identifies California as her home. In her spare time, Heather is involved in soccer, stand-up comedy, and loves history.
